The service
We provide a registered business address, mail handling, and related services in Belgrade, Serbia, under the plan you choose. We do not provide meeting rooms.
Your responsibilities
You must give accurate information, complete identity verification, use the address only for lawful business, and keep your tax and company filings current. The address may only be used as your registered seat while your plan is active.
We receive and scan your mail and notify you the same business day where reasonably possible. You are responsible for acting on official correspondence promptly. We are not liable for consequences of mail you do not act on.
Compliance
We are an obligor under Serbian anti-money-laundering law and will carry out the checks that law requires. We may decline or end service where we must to stay compliant.
Ending the service
If your plan ends, you must promptly register a new address for your company. We will cooperate with reasonable handover.
